- Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to communication and marketing..v.v
- Gaming Passion: Play, understand midcore/hardcore/Esports mechanics.
- Project Management: Align Operation, Creative, and Legal teams. Manage risk. Hit deadlines.
- Creative: Formulate comms concepts, build detailed execution plans.
- Marketing Knowledge: Know reach, SOV, ER, CTR, CVR, ROAS, brand health.
- Skills: Think logically. Survive high pressure. Communicate and negotiate well.
- Language: English IELTS 6.0 equivalent.
- Data: Read dashboards, can do basic funnel math.
