Clearstone Software, LLC is a Texas-based technology company building two specialized platforms for the medical aesthetics industry:
Our Practice Management Platform — a mature, multi-tenant .NET SaaS for medical spas and clinics covering appointments, patient records (PHI), treatment planning, membership management, payments, and clinic operations. Currently running on .NET Framework 4.5-4.6 with a database-per-tenant multi-tenancy model, field-level PHI encryption, and HIPAA-aligned data-handling practices. Currently in final development for internal launch into our founder's own aesthetic clinics, followed by a coordinated stack modernization (to .NET 8/9 and ASP.NET Core) and infrastructure re-platform (Azure to AWS) ahead of commercial rollout to external med spa customers.
Our Practitioner Education Platform — a Laravel 10 + Filament 3 training and credentialing system for aesthetic practitioners, covering onboarding, skills assessment, competency monitoring, and continuing education. Built on a TALL stack (Tailwind + Alpine + Laravel + Livewire) with Vite for build tooling and AWS S3 for asset storage. Live video delivery is already integrated via Cloudflare Stream. Next phase: enterprise features, full multi-tenant SaaS launch, and AI-powered real-time practitioner feedback.
Our founder operates active medical aesthetic clinics under the Texas Lasers brand and leads a US-based aesthetic college and training institute. Every feature we ship gets tested in real clinical operations and real training environments before it reaches an external customer. We know what actually works in the aesthetic industry — not just what looks good in a demo — and that grounding shapes how we hire, how we prioritize, and how we ship.
Employment structure: All new hires begin employment via Multiplier Technologies Vietnam Company Limited (Employer of Record), with planned transition to direct employment with Clearstone Software Vietnam Co., Ltd. when we establish our Vietnamese entity in late 2026 / early 2027. This transition preserves continuity of service, social insurance, and all statutory benefits.
Work arrangement: Hybrid. You'll work 2-3 days per week from our team space in District 1 or District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, with the remaining days home-based. We value output over hours-in-chair; our office anchor days are for pair-programming, architecture discussions, and building the team.
The Role
You will lead our Practitioner Education Platform end-to-end and serve as team lead for our Ho Chi Minh City engineering team. You'll own architecture, sprint cadence, code review discipline, and technical standards across both projects — including the integration seams between our education platform and our practice management platform. This is a senior individual-contributor role with strong leadership responsibilities: you're expected to ship code AND grow the team's collective capability.
The Education Platform runs on Laravel 10 + Filament 3 with a TALL stack (Tailwind, Alpine, Laravel, Livewire), Vite for build tooling, and AWS S3 for storage. Live video delivery is already integrated via Cloudflare Stream. Your first mission is taking the platform from its current state to enterprise-ready — leveraging Filament 3 to accelerate our admin panels, organization/tenant management, credentialing dashboards, and reporting — then to a full multi-tenant SaaS with AI-powered practitioner feedback (real-time skills assessment, technique feedback, consultation coaching, and customer service simulation). The AI layer is greenfield — you'll architect it from scratch, choosing your stack and vendors.
You'll report directly to the founder and coordinate closely with the .NET Modernization Lead who owns our practice management platform. Both platforms will eventually share auth, billing, and analytics infrastructure — you'll partner on that integration.
- Own the Education Platform architecture end-to-end (Laravel 10 + Filament 3 + Livewire + Alpine + Tailwind + Vite + AWS S3)
- Lead the enterprise UI buildout using Filament 3 — multi-panel architecture, custom resources, actions, widgets, and dashboards for aesthetic-training workflows
- Design and lead the transformation from single-tenant to enterprise-ready to full multi-tenant SaaS
- Architect the AI integration layer for real-time practitioner feedback (RAG, LLM orchestration, evaluation, feedback loops)
- Integrate GoHighLevel or equivalent CRM/marketing-automation platforms for lead capture and nurturing
- Extend the Cloudflare Stream integration for adaptive video delivery and analytics
- Run engineering team operating cadence for the full HCMC team: standups, sprint planning, code review standards, technical documentation
- Mentor the Senior Laravel + Livewire Developer reporting to you
- Coordinate technical decisions with the .NET Modernization Lead on shared services (auth, billing, analytics, single sign-on)
- Deploy and manage the platform on AWS
- 8+ years of professional Laravel and PHP development, with hands-on experience on Laravel 8+ (Laravel 10 preferred)
- Filament 3 production experience — you've built and shipped Filament-based admin panels, resource management, and dashboards in real production apps. Filament is central to our enterprise UI and SaaS transformation strategy; leading this role requires actually knowing the framework.
- Strong Livewire experience — fluent in Livewire component architecture, wire directives, lifecycle hooks, and validation patterns
- Alpine.js proficiency for reactive UI patterns beyond Livewire
- Tailwind CSS + Vite build pipeline experience
- Proven experience owning production SaaS architecture end-to-end
- Prior team lead experience — you've led 2-4 engineers and shipped through them
- Solid MySQL production experience, including schema design, query optimization, and index tuning
- Strong AWS production experience (deploying, monitoring, and cost-managing Laravel applications on AWS, including S3)
- Excellent English communication, both written and verbal
- Comfortable owning API integrations end-to-end: managed AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), video services, payment providers, CRM/marketing automation
- Multi-tenant SaaS architecture experience
- Strong architectural judgment: knows when to build vs. buy, when to add complexity vs. defer

- Filament plugin/extension development experience
- Multi-panel Filament architecture experience (separate admin panels for different user roles/tenants)
- Prior experience with education, LMS, or training-delivery platforms
- Experience with RAG or vector databases (Pinecone, pgvector, Weaviate)
- GoHighLevel API experience specifically
- Cloudflare Stream API experience
- Prior work on healthcare, wellness, or aesthetics industry software

Working Arrangement

- Output-based culture — we value what you ship, not hours-in-chair
- Initial 60-day probation via EOR, then indefinite-term contract
