Our growing SimpleMDG team in Ho Chi Minh City is seeking a highly motivated Senior IT Implementation Consultant to spearhead successful client deployments. In this leadership role, you'll wear several hats – a trusted advisor, technical expert, and project champion – ensuring seamless integration and user adoption of our innovative solutions.

Lead Client Engagements: Manage all aspects of the implementation lifecycle for assigned clients. This includes requirements gathering, solution configuration, data migration, user training, and go-live support.
Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of IT implementation methodologies and best practices.
Bridge the Gap: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and translate them into actionable technical roadmaps.
Master of Communication: Effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders – clients, internal teams (development, support), and senior management – ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Proactive Problem Solver: Anticipate potential challenges, develop effective solutions, and keep stakeholders informed of any risks or roadblocks. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Knowledge Transfer: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a strong learning environment.
Assists with functional and product testing.
Act as advanced support agent to support Customer Support team to resolve escalated technical issues

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in IT implementation, preferably within the ERP sector
Proven success record in delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
Experience with master data governance solutions is a significant advantage.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering optimal solutions.
Exceptional communication (written and verbal), with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Strong English fluency: Ability to communicate effectively and fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
Project management proficiency: Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
Leadership and interpersonal skills: The ability to build strong relationships with clients, motivate teams, and effectively manage project scope.
Adept at learning new technologies: Passion for continuous learning to stay ahead of the curve.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
