Job Purpose:

  • As Integration Architect you are accountable for working across the organization to understand the broad environment in which Techcombank needs to successfully integrate and develop appropriate architectural strategies, frameworks and reference models supporting integration.
  • This role is accountable for determining Techcombank ’s specific integration requirements and researching solutions in line with best practices, developing policies and standards and providing integration solution options that meet the strategic goals of the organization.
  • Provide cohesive integration architecture expertise and thought leadership throughout the organization.
  • Focus on delivering an integration strategy and architecture that supports required levels of organizational integration capabilities.
  • Ensure standards, policies and procedures are implemented for all layers of integration.
  • Review and advise, from an architectural perspective, feasibility, viability, and consistency of integration architecture implementation.
  • Work collaboratively across the organization to gain implementation support.

Key Accountabilities

1. Architecture

  • Write code, build demos, and review code to make sure the team follows the architecture (not limited to PowerPoint and Excel only)
  • Build capacity of internal integration framework, automation, reusability, maintainability, and automation as much as possible
  • Review and improve proposals for scalable and modular solutions that address both current architectural constraints and future architectural improvements
  • Promote best-in-class engineering practices (e.g., test-driven development, continuous integration, and automated deployment)
  • Take the lead in improving existing and creating new applications, while ensuring application software is efficiently and effectively designed, manufactured, tested, and met with business requirements
  • Build, maintain, and enhance the Agile Architecture to support the design and architecture of the system's operations and improvements
  • Build, maintain, and enhance the Architectural Runway to deploy short-term features without delay
  • Own and build as much automation and capabilities as possible for Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) that define system attributes such as security, reliability, performance, maintainability, scalability, and usability. They act as constraints or restrictions on system design across different backlogs
  • Being a cloud responder

2. Project Management

  • Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements to maintain high performance
  • Work with team leaders to resolve human issues and project roadblocks, conduct autopsies and root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their methods to ensure maximum productivity
  • Invite senior and DevOps developers to contribute to architecture development
  • Review the product backlog and maintain the architecture backlog
  • Own, build, train and lead bad debt management techniques.
  • Develop an incentive and advocacy process to call on Senior Developers and DevOps to contribute to architecture development
  • Mentor and coach other members to fulfill their roles3. Other responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of integration architecture through priority projects and initiatives. Provide thought leadership on integration architecture policy, strategy, and governance.
  • Communicate effectively. Communicate ideas and information to difference audiences in “plain English”
  • Communicate clearly and concisely in all written and oral communications
  • Share information and knowledge with others in a proactive, timely way that is fit for purpose

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn


  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or information technology

Work Experience

  • Must have a background of engineering environment and technical professional services.
  • Understand API, stream, batch, workflow, messaging integration patterns, rule engines, vendor management.
  • Demonstrated competency with several programming languages.
  • Ability to execute each essential task satisfactorily.
  • Demonstrable integration architecture experience (7+ years) across all Enterprise Architecture Layers, specifically including the business architecture layer.
  • Broad exposure to complex data, information and technology environments.
  • Experience in implementing principles of project administration via formal methodology and utilizing the associated techniques and tools.
  • Ability to draft accurate documentation that supports the project management effort and coding.
  • Experience or knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Having in-depth experience in Agile Software Development and a firm grasp of Agile principles, practices and Scrum methodology
  • Experience working in Agile teams to support successful digital transformation projects, participating in end-to-end planning for implementation
