• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack systems that meet product and business requirements.
• Participate in or lead technical design and architecture reviews, evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies, frameworks, and implementation approaches.
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex system issues by assessing root causes and impacts across application, infrastructure, network, and service layers.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and key stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear, robust, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability for deliverables, operating effectively in a fast-paced, high-impact startup environment.

Technical Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven ability to deliver production systems.
• Being able to ship code is a must. Ideal candidate is a person who has been in the role of software architect and still doing a lot of hand on coding.
• Strong hands-on experience across the full stack, with deep expertise in:
  • Frontend: Modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js)
  • Backend: Pythons (Experience with Go or Rust is a strong plus)
• Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and environment configuration.
• Strong communication skills in Vietnamese; English or Japanese proficiency is an advantage.
