• Deliver professional bridal makeup for studio photoshoots, pre-wedding shoots, and wedding days, adapted to each client’s skin tone, features, and preferences (including Vietnamese, Korean, and other international clients).
• Advise brides on wedding dress selection; manage dress fittings, alterations coordination, sizing, and accessory styling (veils, jewelry, shoes, bouquet coordination).
• Conduct bridal consultations and makeup/styling trials; translate each bride’s vision into a complete, cohesive look.
• Coordinate hairstyling with in-house or partner hair artists to ensure a unified bridal concept.
• Manage the studio’s dress inventory: condition checks, cleaning/repair schedules, and seasonal collection updates.
• Keep makeup kits and tools hygienic, fully stocked, and up to current professional standards.
• Stay current with bridal beauty and dress trends (Vietnamese, Korean, and Western styles) and propose new looks and packages.
• Work closely with photographers, planners, and studio staff on shoot days; manage timing so brides are camera-ready on schedule.
• Mentor junior makeup/styling staff as the studio grows.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in bridal makeup, bridal dress styling, or a combined role at a wedding studio, bridal salon, or similar.
• K-wedding experience is MANDATORY: proven hands-on experience with Korean-style (K-wedding) bridal makeup and dress styling — e.g., Korean bridal studios, Korean clients, K-beauty bridal concepts, or K-content productions (Korean-style photoshoots, K-drama/K-pop-inspired styling, Korean advertising or studio shoots).
• Proven portfolio of bridal work (studio and real-wedding looks) — submission is mandatory and MUST include K-wedding / K-content projects.
• Strong skills across makeup styles: natural/Korean-style, glam, photographic (HD/flash-ready), and long-wear wedding-day makeup.
• Practical knowledge of wedding dress silhouettes, fabrics, sizing, and fitting adjustments.
• Professional, calm, and client-focused under wedding-day pressure; excellent time management for early calls and long event days.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and peak wedding season schedules.
• Vietnamese fluency required; working English is an advantage; Korean is a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Certification/diploma from a recognized makeup or beauty academy.
• Training or work experience in Korea, or with Korean makeup/dress brands.
• Hairstyling capability in addition to makeup.
• Experience managing dress inventory or a bridal boutique floor.
