We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual to join our team as a Senior Account manager. This position will play a key role in the Pre-sales team, managing partner relationships, and driving partner-related initiatives to support the growth of our organization.

Pre-sales & Account Management

  • Led end-to-end client engagements—from initial discovery to pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Influenced key decision-makers by aligning proposed solutions with client business goals.
  • Developed and maintained strategic account roadmaps to drive long-term value.

Proposal Delivery & RFP/RFQ Management

  • Managed RFP/RFQ processes, ensuring high-quality, compelling submissions delivered on time.
  • Crafted sales presentations using Keynote and PowerPoint, tailored to client pain points and opportunities.
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to align technical and business messaging in proposals.

Client & Partner Relationship Development

  • Built and sustained strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identified upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Conducted market and partner research (China & APAC) to identify new growth channels.
  • Evaluated partnership opportunities and led agreement negotiations aligned with business objectives.

Sales & Revenue Management

  • Led sales initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Oversaw the full lead lifecycle from MQL to SQL, optimizing conversion through structured lead scoring and qualification.
  • Implemented strategies to grow partner-driven revenue and address pipeline challenges.

Communication & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Delivered clear, compelling communication during client-facing meetings, internal briefings, and leadership updates.
  • Translated complex technical topics into client-friendly narratives.
  • Contributed to sales enablement materials, events, and campaigns in partnership with the marketing team.

CRM & Reporting Excellence

  • Ensured accurate CRM data entry for leads, contacts, and opportunities (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Produced weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reports with actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Provided financial performance insights to support strategic decision-making.

Continuous Improvement & Market Research

  • Researched and recommended new tools and digital solutions relevant to the Chinese market.
  • Stayed up to date with industry trends and digital transformation best practices.
  • Helped expand the department’s service offerings through tech scouting and analysis.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

Must have:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in pre-sales, partner management, account management or related areas.
  • Excellent understanding of sales and marketing processes.
  • Proven track record of hitting sales goals.
  • Working experience and knowledge in the related IT field are expected for this position, preferably in: IT Consulting; Account Management; Project Management; CRM Management; Cloud technologies; System integration; Web & APP Development.
  • Proactivity, detailed orientation, strong analysis, critical thinking, and solution designing skills
  • Excellent English ability across all 4 skills and publics speaking
  • Ability to “connect the dots” and figure things out
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to deal with RFP (request for proposals) and RFQ (request for quotation)
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot), and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Advanced Keynote/PowerPoint and visualization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Keen interest in technology and understand how it can be used to enable business processes;
  • Flexible and dynamic team player
  • Comfortable in new environments and are not afraid to speak up

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Mandarin (listening + speaking + writing) is a plus
  • Client engagement experience and existing knowledge about China and APAC region is highly regarded
  • Google Analytics certification
  • Digital experience systems like Adobe Campaigns or Dot Digital or equivalent
  • Experience with Digital transformation/Marketing automation/WeCom/Omnichannel user journeys is a plus.
