We’re looking for a candidate who can turn data-driven insights into advocacy campaigns that captivate audiences and hit hard KPIs. As our Senior Account Executive for Influencer Advocacy, you’ll guide a nimble team, translate client ambitions into authentic partnerships, protect project margins, and steer real-time performance dashboards—all while mentoring junior talent.

1. Project Management - 80%
Client Servicing & Consultancy (30%):
- Receive briefs, challenge and refine objectives.
- Draft scopes, cost estimates, and payment terms & secure approvals.
- Host weekly WIP calls and bi-weekly KPI reviews.
- Proactively suggest upsell/cross-sell opportunities. (nice-to-have)
Campaign Execution & QA (20%):
- Review scripts, captions, visual mock-ups; ensure legal claims compliance.
- Route feedback with Content Creative to Influencers.
- Schedule go-live, monitor real-time posts, troubleshoot instantly.
Influencer Sourcing (15%):
- Mine KOL/KOC database, run social-listening checks for fake followers & brand-safety.
- Negotiate & draft agreements, coordinate Accounting & Finance and Procurement.
- Maintain a live tracker of deliverables and payment milestones.
Performance Tracking & Reporting (10%):
- Build dashboards for EMV, engagement, SOV, CPE/CPA. Operate other tools of YouNet Group (Social Listening tools)
- Benchmark each influencer’s output; recommend optimisations.
- Deliver post-campaign reports and case studies.
Cross-functional Collaboration (5%):
- Foster seamless collaboration between functional teams and other YouNet Group agencies to deliver outstanding results as a cohesive unit.
- Synchronise timelines and messaging consistency across channels.
2. Team Management - 20%
- Coach juniors on booking, campaign QA, and reporting processes.
- Update and improve SOPs, templates, and best-practice playbooks.
