Minimum 2.5 years experience in the online/digital/brand agency environment, preferably in the Account function.
Experience working on executing TVC & Traditional advertising, digital/social campaign
Fluent English written & spoken skills
Good taste in creative, and the ability to meaningfully feedback on creative work.
Knowledgeable and up-to-date with Marketing trends and technologies
Exceptional relationship/client management skills
Have a recognized degree majoring in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, or any related fields.

You’re good at:

Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring consistent satisfaction.
Serve as the main point of contact throughout project life cycles, including briefing, proposal development, contracting, production, and campaign execution.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth workflow, quality output, and timely completion of deliverables.
Proactively identify potential project or client issues, propose actionable solutions, and manage escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
Support the pitching process for new projects by thoroughly understanding client briefs, preparing internal briefings, developing proposals, and fulfilling all related requirements.
Maintain and track project budgets through internal systems, ensuring financial accuracy and project profitability.
Ensure the consistent delivery of services and outputs that meet the agreed scope and quality standards.
Exhibit a proactive, solution-driven, and forward-thinking attitude in both independent and team settings.
Demonstrate strong self-motivation and a willingness to go above and beyond in delivering client value.
Take charge of day-to-day project execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and high-quality outcomes across all assigned campaigns.
