Consolidate, track, and follow up on plans and tasks assigned to departments
Attend meetings with the CEO; take minutes and monitor the implementation of action items and conclusions
Draft and prepare documents, reports, correspondence, and decisions as required by the CEO
Receive, process, and communicate information between departments/partners and the CEO in a timely and accurate manner
Support the CEO in working with authorities, key partners, and strategic clients
Review and control documents and records before submission for the CEO’s approval
Handle ad-hoc tasks and ensure strict confidentiality as directed by the CEO

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other analytical tools
Good command of English in both communication and work context
Professional, well-groomed, and mature demeanor
Detail-oriented, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Female, with a pleasant appearance
For candidates without experience:
- Strong communication skills, able to build positive relationships
- Proactive, quick learner, and eager to develop
For experienced candidates:
- 2–5 years of experience as a CEO Secretary
- Experience working with or supporting senior management/executives
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
