Your role & responsibilities
  • Manage and arrange schedules, meetings, and business trips.
  • Prepare documents and gather information upon request.
  • Regularly report work progress and results directly to the COO.
  • Receive, classify, organize, and process documents and paperwork from departments.
  • Accurately communicate information to relevant departments and follow up on feedback.
  • Support internal management and business activities at the Branch.
  • Assist the translation team in software development projects if requested.
  • Perform other tasks as directly assigned by the COO.

Your skills & qualifications
  • University degree required.
  • Japanese proficiency equivalent to N2 or higher, good communication skills in a professional environment (prior experience working with Japanese people is preferred).
  • Friendly, sociable personality, able to connect and work well in a team.
  • Passion for secretarial work; preference given to candidates with customer service experience or interest in management and business fields.
  • Responsible, able to work under pressure, and willing to work outside office hours when necessary.
  • Able to travel for business trips and attend client meetings with the COO
  • Candidates with IT knowledge and English proficiency are preferred.
