Monitor shipment status and proactively address delays or disruptions.
Monitor team to ensure timely and accurate filing AMS, ICS2, billing, invoicing for all sea freight activities.
Promote operational efficiency by identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
Foresee staff mistakes via daily activities and prevent to minimize extra cost
Control staff workload, forecast volume & prepare workforce overcome peak season
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training for new team members when required.
