Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications and ensure their effectiveness in meeting business requirements.
Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define system requirements, understand business needs, and implement solutions.
Develop high-quality code and configure Salesforce systems for enhanced functionality and user experience.
Conduct system integrations and data migration activities to ensure continuity and efficiency across platforms.
Provide technical support, addressing and resolving any issues in real time to minimize business impact.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce features, best practices, and integration patterns.
Participate in the full application life cycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployment.
Manage user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, and other Salesforce administrative functions.
Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.
Assist in the evaluation and implementation of third-party solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Proven experience as a Salesforce engineer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and API.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce OEM customization.
Experience with Salesforce development technologies including Apex and Lightning Components.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are highly desirable.
