Sales Strategy & Marketing

• Develop and execute sales strategies based on market research and target analysis.
• Conduct promotional activities and marketing to drive revenue growth.

Customer Management & Technical Support

• Handle customer inquiries, consultations, and provide high-quality services for customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical support and resolve product-related issues.

Sales Operations & Administration

• Support sales processes (Quotations, Purchase Orders, Shipment Management, Tax Invoices).
• Manage data-driven sales performance (Monthly closing and reporting).

• Experience: Open to all (Entry-level candidates are welcome).
• A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn sales operations.
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• IT Industry Experience: Candidates with experience or understanding of the IT sector.
• Documentation Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Communication: Fluency in Korean or English (highly preferred) and strong overall communication skills.
• Mobility: Ability to travel for business as required.
