This position is part of the Sales planning team that is responsible for the creation and continual monitoring of sales progress vs budgets. Besides, Sales planning team is responsible for creating specific strategies and schemes to expand the business in Vietnam over the long-term.
This position prepares and analyzes periodical and ad-hoc reports on budget and sales progress, in addition to supporting the Sales planning team in the creation of various planning modules on the company planning system

Participate in developing sales scheme, budget and building pricelist for each sales channels and SBU accordingly
Assist the consolidation of sales forecast and target commitment as well as follow sales progress by department and SBU wise for timely and precise report to top management
Collect, understand and interpret data relating to periodical sales progress to update on sales progress and provide observation for top management and management meetings
Support in creating sales program following company sales strategy and related department procedure
Frequently update analyses relating to not only total company sales objectives and progresses but also market information and competitor movement by comprehensively market reports and cooperating with other departments
Continually review and improve current work procedures and reports.

Over 3 years' experience in sales planning, or related department.
Job holder is required to have strategic thinking, good attention to detail, analytical skills, communication and self-presentation skills
A good understanding of business or sales planning and strategy through study or previous working experience is preferred
Self-study and willing-to-learn attitude
Proficiency in Excel is a must. Comfortable to work with multi-level analysis and presentations.
