Ensure stable and monitored communication channels across key trade lanes.
Support Business Development (BD) with prospect approach and sales tools
Assist BD in SFP (Strategic Forwarding Program) for IFF and join BD to meet with key clients on target trade lanes to provide market insights and enhance client relationships.
Analyze market trends, make monthly Market Update and analyze Yusen's strengths/weaknesses to recommend promotional campaigns.
Implement Short term and long-term Trade Lane/IV Campaign Management in coordination with BUs
Act as a consultant for the sales team.
Monitor and report BD sales activities and KPIs.
Manage CRM and conduct training for BD.

University graduate with major in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Commerce, Business, etc.
2 years experience in business development, working on different trade lanes and a variety of customers is preferred
Good command of English
