Founded in 2020, Var Meta has 80+ engineers heavily focused on blockchain, virtual reality/augmented reality technologies and AI. We work with customers from different parts of the globe like Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, US to help them build products like Crypto Trading Platform, Launchpad, Securities Tokenization Offerings, eWallets, and NFT Marketplace, etc. We are trusted by global brands like Ubisoft, Hedera, Aptos. 

 

Trách nhiệm công việc

The Sales/ Business Development position is responsible for the end-end sales process and being able to build up the sales pipeline from the ground up. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research. 

You will:

  • To present VAR's services and products professionally via email, conference call 
  • To set up first introduction meetings 
  • To build lead list and perform market research 
  • To manage customer data on CRM 
  • Other tasks as requested by the manager

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

  • At least 2 years of experience with IT sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
  • Results-driven mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English (comfortable in communication with overseas customers)
  • Hardworking and self-accountable 
  • Fast learner and sense of urgency to accomplish given tasks
