Sales Admin Staff (Mom&Baby)

1. Supplier / Customer Management:

• Preparing and sending data/report to supplier.
• Working with suppliers (customer) regarding product documentation.
• Follow-up Shipment from suppliers after getting confirmation from suppliers and BOD.

2. Promotion Execution:

• Work with internal teams to ensure promotion is active on time.
• Work closely with Sales Team to ensure the deployment of trade programs effectively.

3. Activity Tracking & Evaluation:

• Monthly track the promotion results and work with clients for reimbursement.
• Calculate monthly incentive based on client contract, Suburbs contract, monthly incentive schemes.
• Follow-up debit note related to supplier incentive, promotion schemes.

4. Sales Performance Tracking:

• Daily tracking sales performance by Sub-DB/SR vs Target.
• Daily tracking stock situation to avoid damaged goods/NED/Out of stock.

5. Documentation work:

• Make monthly promotion announcement to Sales Team/Suburbs/Customers.
• Follow up and save the documents related to Marketing Team.

6. Other tasks assigned by BOD.
