- Collect and update sales data of all channels from the admin team or export from the company’s system every day
- Analyze sales data to give out action plans for distribution and sales performance improvement.

Manage and control all activities of business activities of the brand
- Work and plan with the brand & Sales team on sales plan, promotion plan, visibility plan, activation plan, in accordance with
- Execute, monitor, and evaluate action plans of the brand for the sales team
- Make all reports according to the brand’s requirements, such as Daily, weekly, monthly, PI, marketing, and other reports to the Brand
- Plan and manage trade spend by month, quarter, and year.
- Control the stock level of fresh goods and minimize NED stock.
