Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Samsung Brity RPA and Robocorp Python RPA to automate business processes.
Analyze requirements, identify automatable processes, and propose optimal solutions.
Build, test, and deploy automation robots, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Integrate RPA with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms.
Utilize Selenium and Playwright for web automation, data extraction, and UI interaction.
Proficient in JavaScript and HTML Selectors for web application manipulation.
Proficient in Excel and VBA programming to automate data processing.
Support maintenance, improvement, and optimization of deployed RPA bots.
Train and guide users in operating and monitoring automated bots.
Collaborate with departments to enhance processes and maximize the value of RPA.

Programming Experience & Skills:

Hands-on experience developing RPA solutions using Samsung Brity RPA and/or Robocorp Python RPA.
Proficiency in Python programming, especially with Robot Framework (used in Robocorp).
Strong knowledge and expertise in Selenium or Playwright for web automation.
Proficient in JavaScript and HTML Selectors for interacting with web interfaces.
Proficient in Excel (Pivot Table, Power Query, etc.) and VBA programming for data automation.
Knowledge of business process automation and process analysis.
Understanding of APIs, web protocols (REST, SOAP), SQL, and system integration.
Experience working with databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
Ability to work independently, proactively, and with strong logical thinking.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience implementing RPA solutions for large projects or Korean enterprises.
Experience working with SAP, ERP, and CRM systems.
Possession of RPA certifications from Samsung Brity or Robocorp is a plus.
Familiarity with other RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
The ability to communicate in English or Korean is an advantage.
