We are seeking a Reporting / Financial Systems Engineer to support enterprise reporting, financial planning, and business analytics for our US operations.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in developing financial and operational reports, working with reporting platforms, and collaborating with Finance and business stakeholders. Experience with Vena Solutions is preferred, but candidates with strong reporting expertise using similar platforms are encouraged to apply.

- Build dashboards and reporting solutions for business users.
- Support reporting processes within the Vena platform.
- Gather reporting requirements from Finance and Operations teams.
- Develop SQL queries and automate reporting processes.
- Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams across the US.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and optimize report performance.
- Document reporting processes and provide user support.

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạnRequirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Reporting, Business Intelligence, Financial Systems, or Data Analytics.
- Strong reporting and dashboard development experience.
- Experience with Vena Solutions is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or similar reporting platforms.
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial data.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work with US stakeholders during overlapping business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with FP&A systems.
- Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Experience with Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion, OneStream, IBM Planning Analytics, or similar financial reporting platforms.
- Understanding of Data Warehouse, ETL, or BI concepts.
