Report Developer (SQL, Power BI, Data Warehousing)

As a Report Developer (SQL, Power BI, Data Warehousing) at Public Bank Vietnam, you and your team will be in charge of developing and maintaining an Oracle PSQL-based report program for Data warehouse and reporting.

You also responsible to do Power BI report development, data analytics and reporting including data modelling and data visualization. We also run several SQL server databases, so if you're an expert in that area, you'll be very useful. From time to time you also required to perform Adhoc task such as data extraction of business related data to assist operation user. We are also collaborating with our development teams to separate transaction logic and application logic as much as possible through the use of database functions. You will undoubtedly have an advantage if you have prior programming experience.

• Full - time job, Definite Term Contract (1 - 3 years)
• Full - time job, Permanent Contract 

• A recognized Degree in Computer Studies or related discipline.
• Experience on Oracle PSQL/ SQL Server / CSDL and T-SQL development (store procedure development).
• Familiarity with Oracle Server and Windows SQL Server.
• Very strong and solid working experience in Reporting Platform, Data Warehousing and Power BI tools.
• Extensive knowledge of data modeling and performance tuning.
• Troubleshooting database-related issues on your own.
• Possessed knowledge of developing data-driven applications utilizing significant relational database engines as part of the overall application architecture.
• Knowledge in any of Crystal Report or IBM Cognos or  Oracle BI or Microsoft RDLC or  Devexpress report or other related tools for developing report is preferred but not necessary.
• Project experience with specific banking services and Data Warehouse is preferred but not required.
• Understand the business requirement.
• Ability to communicate (orally and written) effectively with technical, non-technical staff, and customers/stakeholders as needed or directed.
• Ability to communicate in English
