Management Reliability test team: Environment test / Drop / Mechanical / Tumble test…
Prepare, calculate equipment, fixture, consumable for new project.
Arrange equipment, manpower for each item test suitably.
Report to customer find out issue during REL test.
Report consolidation and recommendation from test result
Recommend the reliability test needed based upon REL capability
Receive REL test requirements from customer, follow and update progress.
Support other team perform some DOE and special test to verify process.
Conduct equipment maintenance on a regular schedule.
Equipment trouble shooting, in-house maintenance, improvement and ensure calibration
At least 1 years working in Electronic company or 1 years Reliability/ ORT testing /fresher but good skill
