1. Recruitment Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Monitor and control recruitment budget (job ads, agency fees, branding cost) to ensure cost effectiveness.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.
2. Recruitment Execution & Talent Pipeline Management
- Develop, manage database and execute recruitment plans to ensure all vacancies are filled within targeted timelines.
- Act as a key member of the interview panel for critical and managerial positions (if needed).
- Conduct reference checks and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline database for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure recruitment compliance with internal policies and SOD (Segregation of Duties).
3. New Store Recruitment Project Management
- Build master recruitment plans aligned with store opening timelines.
- Lead and coordinate mass hiring projects to ensure on-time store launch.
- Identify hiring risks and develop contingency plans.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding and manpower readiness.
4. Recruitment Data, KPI & Reporting Management
- Track and analyze recruitment KPIs (Time to Fill, Cost per Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Hiring Volume by Department,...).
- Provide data-driven insights and action plans to improve hiring performance.
- Prepare recruitment reports for BOD and management review.
5. Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives aligned with company growth strategy.
- Manage recruitment marketing channels (job sites, social media, referral programs, career fairs).
- Build and maintain partnerships with universities and external talent sources.
- Evaluate effectiveness of employer branding campaigns and optimize accordingly.
6. Internal Promotion & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with C&B to design and improve internal promotion processes.
- Act as the main contact point between HR and Business Units for all recruitment matters.
7. Team Leadership & Operational Support
- Guide and support recruitment team members/interns (if any) to achieve hiring targets.
- Support daily HR operations when required.
- Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
