- Managing development status.

2. Analysis & solving issues related to electrical parts on production line or on the field.

3. Searching ideas for Cost Innovation, 3S.

4. Co-working with Headquarter for issue’ improvement.

*** Quality improve & development

1. Manage line quality defect.

- Monitor line quality defect trend

- Measure, analysis and improve line quality issue

- Hold meeting and manage issue until clear

2. Manage global quality issue

- Analysis and make idea to improve global issue

- Manage global issue and report to HQ

3. Improve quality task: 3F, Q-Bank,…

4. Audit supplier to find risky point

5. DR review part and products daily, weekly,…

6. Manage and control field quality issue

- Fresher is accepted

- University graduated, major in Technical (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Telecommunication....)

- Have good English communication skills

- Can use Auto cad 2D, 3D, NX....

- Enthusiastic and willingness to work for long time

- Able to read mechanical 2D drawings and electrical component specifications
