Testing Process Management
- Develops, implements, and oversees quality standard testing and evaluation processes, including their integration into CI/CD pipelines and compatibility with containerized environments, leveraging testing frameworks and automation tools.
Continuous Improvement and Issue Resolution
- Assesses test results and monitoring data to approve changes, ensure continuous improvement of testing processes, and proactively address quality issues using appropriate tools and strategies.
Team Leadership and Development
- Leads, mentors, and manages the QC team, ensuring they have the necessary skills, resources, and support to perform their duties effectively, including training on new technologies and ensuring the capability to test database systems.
Innovation and Industry Awareness
- Stays up to date with industry trends, testing technologies, and best practices, including advancements in AI/ML applications, and evaluates and integrates new tools and techniques to enhance QC processes.
