Quality Assurance Management:
- Oversee quality assurance processes, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Develop automated tests as needed
- Implement stress tests, load tests, longevity tests, and integration tests
- Implement CI/CD to run automation test and manage the test automation computing infrastructure, such as test servers and load simulators
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor QA team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Actively involved in help us repro customer or stake holder reported critical issues
Process Improvement:
- Develop and maintain quality standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to enhance overall quality performance.
- Work closely with development teams to address quality issues.
- Work closely with Product Owner, customers, supported to troubleshoot the issue and plan to teammate.
