Develop and execute automated and manual test cases following department standards.
Understand product best practices and recommend where and when to apply automation testing on both an immediate, and long-term basis.
Apply defined software testing practices and procedures to drive the quality and testability of products and services.

Develop and execute automated and manual test cases following department standards.
Define and execute manual and automated test plans and strategies.
Do integration testing, ad-hoc testing, regression testing with solid knowledge of testing processes and techniques.
Maintain automated and manual test cases, test environments, and test data.
Report bugs if found any when running automation or performing manual tests.
Update test script through each release.
Understand product best practices and recommend where and when to apply automation testing on both an immediate, and long-term basis.
Apply defined software testing practices and procedures to drive the quality and testability of products and services.
Create clearly documented plans, designs, and results.
Train and coach junior QA engineers and ensure they have a great onboarding experience.
Coordinate with other managers (Project Manager, Development Manager, etc) to ensure the highest level of software quality.

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn

Having experience in functional & non-functional tests (manual tests).
Having knowledge of software development life cycle.
Understanding of common software failures and faults.
A proactive, team player with the ability to work in dynamic environments.
Experience in API Testing (Postman)
Knowledge or experience in managing and monitoring defects using bug tracking systems (JIRA)
Experience in functional test automation (GUI, layout, Regression test, End-to-End test, API test) is a plus.
Experience in non-functional test automation (stress test, performance test) is a plus.
Knowledge of programming and automated testing, especially javascript, C# is a plus.
Fluency in English, ability to read & understand the English document.
