Design and execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT test cases
Convert requirements into structured test plans and test scenarios
Report, track, and verify defects with development teams
Prepare test reports and follow up on issue resolution
Collaborate with DevOps to ensure stable test environments
Support users during UAT phases
Contribute to improving testing processes and customer satisfaction
Support automation coverage when needed

QA Automation

Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks for frontend & backend

Develop automated test scripts and integrate with CI/CD pipelines
Translate requirements into both manual and automated test cases
Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and report defects
Maintain test environments and improve testing tools/processes
Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices
Support UAT and cross-team collaboration
