Manage a team of developers working on a variety of projects that require the use of the latest web technologies, including Java, .NET, and multiple client-side technologies, as well as desktop and mobile applications.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify project requirements and manage the development process from start to finish.
Utilize your strong knowledge of software engineering principles to ensure the successful completion of projects, including requirement analysis, software design, programming, and testing.
Investigate and acquire knowledge about system specifications and technical insights to ensure the success of the project.
Employ a good mindset in software structural design to assure reliability, maintainability, portability, and efficiency of the source code.
Familiarize yourself with UML and Flow Chart design methodologies to communicate with the team and ensure clear understanding of project requirements and design.

At least 3 years of experience in web system development with a strong knowledge of software engineering principles, including requirement analysis, software design, programming, and testing.
Experience managing a team of developers to achieve project goals on time and on budget.
Expertise in Java or other web development frameworks and technologies.
A passion for creating clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Strong skills in software structural design, ensuring reliability, maintainability, portability, and efficiency of the source code.
Familiarity with UML and Flow Chart design methodologies.
Excellent communication skills in English, and preferably in Japanese as well.
