Trách nhiệm công việc:

  • Manage a team of developers working on a variety of projects that require the use of the latest web technologies, including Java, .NET, and multiple client-side technologies, as well as desktop and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify project requirements and manage the development process from start to finish.
  • Utilize your strong knowledge of software engineering principles to ensure the successful completion of projects, including requirement analysis, software design, programming, and testing.
  • Investigate and acquire knowledge about system specifications and technical insights to ensure the success of the project.
  • Employ a good mindset in software structural design to assure reliability, maintainability, portability, and efficiency of the source code.
  • Familiarize yourself with UML and Flow Chart design methodologies to communicate with the team and ensure clear understanding of project requirements and design.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn:

  • At least 3 years of experience in web system development with a strong knowledge of software engineering principles, including requirement analysis, software design, programming, and testing.
  • Experience managing a team of developers to achieve project goals on time and on budget.
  • Expertise in Java or other web development frameworks and technologies.
  • A passion for creating clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Strong skills in software structural design, ensuring reliability, maintainability, portability, and efficiency of the source code.
  • Familiarity with UML and Flow Chart design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, and preferably in Japanese as well.
