Developing Enterprise Applications for multiple purpose, flexible process customize.
Collaborate with teams to reach a consensus on technical decision-making, and manage an appropriate software development process;
Set up objectives and manage the project team to achieve the goal;
Produce project reports to relevant managers, ensure good visibility on project progression;
REQUIREMENTS
From 2 years of working experience as a Project Manager or a Scrum Master
Strong knowledge and experience in both traditional project management principles and practices with an Agile development approach in the right proportions to fit each project level;
Proven experience in project estimation, people management and risk management;
Ability to provide constructive timely feedback to delivery team members and negotiate priorities and timelines to stakeholders;
Strong interpersonal & leadership skills/ people development/ people motivation.
About 2 years of relevant experience in Software Development
Good technical background;v
Experience in leading projects teams of at least 5 people;
Drive, tenacity, product focused and result-oriented;
Commitment to professional excellence, as well as personal and professional growth;
Project management certification (PMP, CSM...) will be advantageous.
BENEFIT
Salary: up to 30tr
Probation period: 2 months, 85% of the salary.
