Vai trò & trách nhiệm của bạn- Manage software implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients in Vietnam, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate communication between Vietnamese clients and Chinese-speaking engineering teams, bridging language and cultural gaps.
- Track, report, and resolve project issues by working closely with the China-based technical team.
- Prepare regular project reports, including progress updates, milestone reports, and risk tracking.

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn- 2+ years of experience in IT project management, software implementation, or project delivery.
- Fluent in Chinese and Vietnamese, with the ability to communicate effectively in both business and technical discussions.
- Experience with Supply Chain, Logistics, WMS, TMS, BMS, or Courier systems is a strong advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand software systems and business processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Languages, or a related field.
