• Implement software/application development project
• Being work contact point and assign to members to implement
• Project management (resource, schedule, risk, cost, …)
• Supervising and evaluate member’s job, job progress report
• Take part in project from the first stage, including:

• • Research competitive services
  • Function definition
  • Database design
  • Design Routing Map ( create sitemap and other related tasks)
  • Quotation
  • Project development planning (Goals, resources, milestones, WBS, risk…)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of PM/Brse experience 
• Japanese equivalent to N2 or higher, good communication skill
• Good knowledge of software development , good ability of system analyzing
• Good at work management and process supervisor
• Good communication skill and critical thinking skill
• Good planning skill and risk management skills
• Highly proactive in work
• Highly responsible in work, good awareness of product quality

Nice to have:

• Experienced working with Agile/Scrum model
• Understanding Japanese culture and working style
• Able to create basic design documents and UI WireframesReview member’s code 
• Knowledge of database (especially MySQL)
• Experienced in managing big projects
