Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing a project plan, monitoring progress, and tracking the traffic and workload
• Delivering projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Managing stakeholders’ expectations, as well as prioritizing and negotiating timelines and deliverables to meet key business objectives
• Connect team members, build team spirit

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in software development
• At least 1 year experience working in project management

Skills Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Solid knowledge of software requirements, development process, project management, risk management.
• Strong experience of Scrum framework, rules, and practices
• Strong knowledge of managing project workstreams and key metrics within JIRA, Confluence, and available tools
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving, negotiation, presentation skills
• Good human relation skills, ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams

Desired Skills Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Shopify App
• Able to cope with pressure, prioritise workload and meet agreed timetables
• Look for improvements continuously
• Strong sense of customer service ethic and quality delivery
