Vai trò & trách nhiệm của bạn

Execute production orders according to the issued production plans.
Monitor the production process to ensure quality, progress, and output targets are met.
Follow up, evaluate, and propose solutions for trial (sample/test) products.
Check and control material consumption throughout the production process.
Inspect and ensure proper labor allocation at each production stage in the workshop.
Review and arrange production orders according to the capacity and suitability of equipment.

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn

Bachelor’s degree in a related major: Spinning, Weaving, or Dyeing.
Ability to communicate in English.
Priority will be given to candidates with over 6 months of experience in a similar position.
Good communication and teamwork skills; creativity; ability to motivate others.
Honest, proactive, flexible, able to work under high pressure; decisive and fair.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Preference given to candidates who can work in the specific environment of the textile industry (noisy, hot, and dusty).
