Develop strategic roadmaps to align our solutions with client business goals.
Advocate for deeper engagement, identifying opportunities for service expansion.
Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency and enhance product workflows.
Drive product development from ideation to launch, including defining the product vision, creating roadmaps, gathering requirements, and collaborating with engineering and design teams.
Conduct market research and user interviews to validate product ideas and define key features.
Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features based on business value and customer needs.
Coordinate testing, deployment, and post-launch iterations to continuously improve the product.
Be able to take on project management responsibilities when needed, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Timezone Coordination: Align with US timezone, which could be early morning starting from 6 AM or late in the afternoon up to 11 PM, depending on project assignments.

Office Commitment: We encourage you to work on-site at least 2-3 days a week for team face-to-face discussions when needed. Our office, located in Binh Thanh District, is fully equipped with everything you need to be productive.

3-4+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken).
Strong product management foundation, including experience driving products from ideation to launch.
Ability to oversee product lifecycle, from research and requirement gathering to development, testing, and post-launch improvements.
Strong UI/UX expertise, with a deep understanding of user-centric design principles.
Experience utilizing AI for workflows and automation.
Hands-on experience in light coding or low-code development is a strong plus.
Ability to step into project management roles as needed, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical background is a big plus.
Someone who can leverage AI in their daily work to maximize efficiency.
Ability to adapt with a flexible mindset while maintaining focus on achieving end results.
