Drawing from the achievements of our previous three years, Selless - the cross-border eCommerce platform serving thousands of online stores selling millions of products to millions of customers in the US, we are embarking on a progressive journey to assemble an ambitious squad team to build disruptive products aligned with the Direct-to-customer (DTC) business model to conquer the US market.

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team, the Production / Supply Chain Management, as a Product Coordinator. This is your chance to play an instrumental role in our exciting team focusing on product development, and enhancement. As a Product Coordinator, you will be at the heart of ensuring the seamless execution of our tasks and timelines, providing invaluable support to various teams and stakeholders.

As a key player in our dynamic team, your contributions will be felt across the organization. Here's how you'll make a difference:

1. Task and Timeline Management:

Work closely with internal stakeholders (Production team, marketing team, and product team) to manage and coordinate tasks and timelines.
Coordinate with external stakeholders (suppliers, factories, etc.) to ensure requirements are met.
Use management tools such as Jira and Asana to track progress and ensure that deadlines are met.
Monitor milestones and proactively detect potential risks, developing contingency plans as needed.

2. Communication:

Draft and distribute timely updates to internal stakeholders.
Serve as a central point of contact for inquiries and information sharing.

3. Feedback Management:

Collect, categorize, and distribute feedback from teams and other business partners.
Turn insights into actionable plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Manage the feedback loop to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with goals.

4. Data-Driven and Agile Mindset:

Utilize data to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.
Apply agile methodologies to enhance efficiency and adaptability.
Help build and nurture an agile culture within the team and across the organization.

5. Documentation:

Create, update, and maintain all the documents and knowledge repositories.
Ensure that information is organized and accessible to all relevant teams.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related majors.
2 - 3 years of proven experience in project coordination or similar roles within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Experience using project management tools is a competitive advantage.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in English is essential (IELTS >= 6.5), and Chinese is a plus.
Agile mindset, ability to work effectively within a diverse team, adapting to changing priorities.
