The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing the sales team to achieve revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and deep understanding of both domestic and international B2B sales in the building materials industry.

Your role & responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement annual sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and distribution channels.
  • Monitor competitors, pricing trends, and customer demands to adjust strategies.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives.
  • Set clear KPIs and monitor performance to ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Foster a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture.

Business Development

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients: investors, contractors, architects, and distributors.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts.
  • Represent the company in trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events.

Operational Excellence

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales forecasts, pipeline, and achievements.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

Revenue & Profitability

  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Optimize pricing models to balance competitiveness and profitability.
  • Implement CRM systems and data-driven sales management.

Your skills & qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in B2B sales, at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong track record in building materials / construction / manufacturing / export markets.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (other foreign languages are an advantage).
