We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our busy CEO in their day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, be proficient in computer software, have strong interpersonal skills, and be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive, prioritizing and responding as needed.
• Organize travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
• Manage expense reports and track receipts for reimbursement.
• Assist with research and preparation of reports and presentations.
• Attend meetings with the executive, take notes, and provide follow-up as needed.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and ordering supplies.

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
