- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement gamification mechanics in product design and marketing touchpoints, ensuring seamless integration into the customer journey.
3. Customer Personalization:
- Lead initiatives to improve customer personalization by leveraging data-driven insights, segmentation, and behavioral analytics.
- Work closely with the data analytics and MarTech teams to create personalized marketing campaigns and experiences that drive conversion and retention.

- Analyze and optimize marketing campaign performance using key metrics such as conversion rates, engagement levels, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Utilize A/B testing, multi-channel attribution, and other analytical tools to refine marketing strategies and maximize performance across all digital platforms.
- Develop and present detailed performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.

- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, email, and in-app messaging.
