Fulfillment Operations
- Lead and manage daily online order fulfillment activities, ensuring orders are processed accurately, on time, and according to SLA.
- Coordinate with stores, warehouses, and last-mile partners to resolve fulfillment issues (delays, out-of-stock, substitution, cancellations).
- Monitor fulfillment KPIs including order accuracy, lead time, delivery SLA, cancellation rate, and customer feedback.
- Implement improvements to enhance fulfillment efficiency and reduce operational errors.
Inventory Management
- Oversee online inventory accuracy across stores and online hubs
- Collaborate with offline teams to ensure real-time stock updates, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution
- Monitor stock levels, high-demand items, and potential OOS risks; propose replenishment solutions
- Ensure accurate inventory mapping between physical stores and online systems (OMS, WMS, POS)
Operational Execution for Online Team
- Participate in omni-channel improvement initiatives: ship-from-store, click & collect, express delivery, return & refund processes.

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.
4 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, E-commerce, or Omni-channel roles.
Strong understanding of fulfillment processes, inventory control, and order management workflows.
Experience working across functions with store operations, warehouse, or logistics teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve processes. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with OMS, WMS, ERP, or POS systems is a plus. Prior leadership experience in retail, FMCG, or online grocery is a strong plus.
