The Furniture NPI (New Product Introduction) Specialist plays a key role in launching new furniture products by coordinating project timelines, ensuring cross-functional collaboration, and tracking deliverables. This role ensures products meet quality, cost, and schedule targets, supporting efficient collaboration between Vietnam and U.S. teams.

• Project Coordination: Track NPI project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; flag risks and delays; prepare status reports.
  
• Cross-Functional Support: Facilitate communication across engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, design, and sales teams in Vietnam and the U.S.
  
• Product & Market Research: Assist in idea gathering, competitive analysis, and collecting feedback to support innovation.
  
• Manufacturing & Quality Alignment: Understand basic furniture manufacturing; help verify compliance with quality and production standards.
  
• Performance Tracking: Support KPI monitoring, maintain dashboards, and suggest workflow improvements.

Education: Bachelor’s in Furniture, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design, or related majors.

Experience: ​

• 1-3 years in NPI, product development, or project coordination
• Furniture industry experience is strongly preferred.

Skills: ​

• ​Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Project, Monday.com, MS Loop, Trello, and Office tools.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing and product lifecycle.
• Strong project management & timeline management skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
