• Vị trí: Network Operator (NOC)/ Nhân Viên Trực Hệ Thống

• Monitor network and system 24x7x365
• Troubleshoot, analyze problems, and isolate network events
• Follow the pre-defined check list to solve the issue/incident
• Cooperate with other members to escalate application/system problems to determine their origin; then apply the appropriate solutions.
• Create and maintain daily system status reports
• Follow ISMS/ISO 27001, ISO20000, ISO14000 procedure, policies, and company regulations
• Other duties as assigned by IT Manager & Direct Manager

Work in shift:

• Mon, Tue : 22.00 – 7.30
• Fri, Sat: 6.30 – 16.18
• Sun: 13.12 – 23.00

Education:

• High School Diploma with some training in IT (Basic computer and network knowledge)
• Technology skills and experience:
• Network, server hardware, operating system and applications

Soft-skills:

• English communication
• Troubleshooting & analyzing
• Customer oriented
