JOB OBJECTIVE
Support Mobile App development and implementation during the project phase, focusing on product requirements, testing, issue resolution, and overall customer experience.

- Prepare test scenarios/test cases and perform functional testing, UAT, regression and end-to-end testing
- Identify, document, and follow up defects/issues with vendors and relevant teams until resolution
- Validate delivered functions and bug fixes against agreed business requirements
- Review Mobile App journeys from a customer and UI/UX perspective and propose improvements
- Support project documentation, release readiness, and other Mobile App project activities

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn1. Knowledge and Experience
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Banking, IT, or related fields
Experience:
- 3–5 years in Product, Digital Product, Mobile App, Business Analysis, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience in test scenario/test case preparation and testing execution.
- Experience in banking, financial services, credit cards, or payments is an advantage.

- English (Writing and Speaking)

- Understanding the organization
- Understanding the company's products Experienced with credit card products especially in transaction monitoring and rule setting to comply with card scheme and the company regulation.
- Understanding the regulations/operational procedures within the unit.

- Customer-centric with good understanding of Mobile App UI/UX
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Good communication and stakeholder/vendor coordination skills
