• Build and maintain mobile and desktop applications using Flutter.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and design high-quality solutions.
• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness across iOS, Android, and desktop platforms (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues on both mobile and desktop environments.
• Work with Git for version control and team collaboration.
• Leverage native development knowledge (if available) for platform-specific implementations when necessary.

Hard Skills:

• At least 1 year of experience in mobile and/or desktop app development (preferred).
• Experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Background in native development for iOS (Swift, Objective-C) or Android (Java) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of mobile and desktop UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and cross-platform performance optimization.
• Proficient with version control systems like Git.
