Do you have a passion for building enterprise systems? We are looking for Business Analysts with strong analytical skills and Banking domain exposure to join our team and help deliver high-impact digital solutions for banking clients.
Openings: 3 positions (2 Middle, 1 Senior)

Work with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements
Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows, business rules, and acceptance criteria
Create and maintain documentation such as BRD, SRS/FRS, and user guidelines
Collaborate with developers, QA, and architects to support solution design (system workflows, APIs, data models)
Participate in Agile activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirement clarification
Coordinate and support UAT with business users to ensure solutions meet business needs
For Senior BA: Lead BA activities in complex banking projects and manage requirement backlog

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn

Senior level: 5+ years of experience, including involvement in complex or enterprise projects
Middle level: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects
Experience in banking or financial systems (Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Lending) is preferred
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, BPMN / UML modeling tools
Strong skills in requirements analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication
Ability to translate business needs into clear system requirements and user stories
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Detail-oriented with strong ownership and a proactive mindset
Nice to have: Experience with enterprise B2B systems
Nice to have: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology
Nice to have: Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO
Nice to have: Good English skills
