- Basic English reading and writing comprehension.

- Experienced with either Tailwind CSS or native CSS features like Flexbox, Grid, Transforms, Animation.
- Basic understanding of CSS pre-processing platforms, such as Sass, Less, or PostCSS.
- Experienced with Javascript ES6 (without jQuery).
- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue
- Extensive experience in responsive web layout
- Familiar with design tools such as Sketch, Zeplin, Figma.
- Experienced with templating languages, for example: Liquid, Handlebar, WordPress theme templates.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git)
- Must have work samples - Demo projects, GitHub, Code snippets, etc

Screening Process
All job applications will go through 3 rounds:
- CV screening (1 - 2 days): We will determine if our job description matches your background and interests.
- Interview: We will reach out to schedule a 1 - 1.5 hour interview with you. The agenda of this interview is as follows:

- 15 - 30 mins: Q&A with our Technical Lead to explore your past, present, and future career development.
- 30 - 60 mins: Technical discussion via a combination of technical Q&A, live coding, and white-board problem-solving.
- 15 mins: Talk more about our values and cultures.
- Talk with the co-founder(s): Finally, you will have a 15 - 30 minute talk with one of our co-founders to understand more about how you will make a difference here at Solis Lab. We will also answer any questions you may have about our company.
