At Investidea, we’re well aware of the impact our solutions have on the world’s leading Tech companies and Startups.

We’re looking for a results-driven Middle BD Executive to expand our B2B client base in the ITO sector. You’ll focus on acquiring new clients (enterprises, SMEs, or startups) for our IT outsourcing services. High performers will transition into a Team Lead role within 6–12 months, overseeing junior BD members and scaling strategies.

Trách nhiệm công việc

  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities and set up meetings with global clients (APAC markets preferred) for IT outsourcing services.
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, VPs of Engineering, Product Owners) within target organizations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and positioning our software development services as strategic solutions.
  • Stay updated on ITO trends (e.g., cloud migration, AI/ML, cybersecurity) to position our offerings competitively.
  • Provide valuable market feedback to the leadership team, contributing to the refinement of our service offerings and sales strategies.
  • Leadership Path: Mentor junior BD reps, refine sales processes, and contribute to team targets.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

  • 3–5 years in B2B sales/BD, preferably in IT services, outsourcing, or software development.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and cultivating valuable leads that align with our target client profile in the ITO sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT outsourcing models (offshore/nearshore, fixed-price vs. T&M).
  • Familiarity with tech stacks (e.g., Java, .NET, DevOps, QA) to align client needs with our capabilities.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools (HubSpot).
  • Leadership traits: Self-motivated, coaching mindset, and ability to scale processes.
