Vai trò & trách nhiệm của bạn

Develop the TMS product strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
Work with stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize features;
Collaborate with BA, QC, and Technical teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery;
Conduct market research, evaluate competitors' products, and suggest improvements;
Direct UX/UI strategy to ensure an optimal user experience;
Monitor product performance and propose data-driven optimizations;

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn

At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in TMS, Logistics, or E-commerce;
Deep understanding of TMS operations, delivery, and transportation models;
Strong analytical skills, backlog management, and requirement prioritization;
Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills;
Proficiency in English is an advantage;
